Registration – High Hurdles Therapeutic Riding

Complete all information in the registration packet and submit it all together.

We aim to ensure that as many riders as possible have the opportunity to benefit from our programs. While registration for sessions operates on a first-come, first-served basis, please note the following:

If you request multiple sessions, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, to provide fair access to all riders, priority may be given to a rider who can only participate in one session if it becomes necessary to make scheduling adjustments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us share the benefits of our programs with all who are interested!

Please speak with your Fiscal Intermediary or Care Coordinator to ensure that there are funds in the rider’s budget for the program if you will be paying through a third party. Your Care Coordinator and team may also be able to assist you.

COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION PACKET DOES NOT GUARANTEE SERVICES- High Hurdles will determine our ability to safely accommodate the rider. Off-horse lessons are available to those that cannot ride. See Participant Handbook for more information.
Those new to us will be scheduled for an orientation prior to the start of their classes.
Have the rider’s physician complete the physician release form which is included in the registration packet.
Confirmation of lesson schedule will be sent once several registration packets are received in order to create the most appropriate groups possible. This may be 2-3 weeks before the start of the desired session.
Billing is through the sasi Business Office. A confirmation of lesson schedule is NOT your invoice. The Business Office will send an invoice following the confirmation of lessons.
